Heat transfer performance of direct-contact flue-gas condensation heat exchanger

Based on the analytical solution of heat-mass transfer fundamental formula between flue-gas and water surface, analyses the key influencing factors on heat transfer efficiency of flue-gas and water. The results show that the main influencing factors are the water-gas ratio, height of heat exchanger and sprayed water droplet diameter. However, velocity of gas influences less. Sets up the performance test-bed for boiler flue-gas heat recovery, and verifies the results of theoretical calculation.
